On February 16, Shuifa Group held the 2025 centralized commencement ceremony. With the high-spirited attitude of "sprinting at the start of the year and fighting for success from the very beginning", it pressed the "accelerator button" for promoting the high-quality development of Shuifa Group to a higher level. The commencement ceremony set up five branch venues, with the main venue located at the site of the equipment and installation project of Reclaimed Water Plant No.1, Phase I of the supporting infrastructure project of Jinan Start-up Area Green Circular Industrial Park. Xu Chunyi, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of Jinan Start-up Area Management Committee; Ding Jie, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Xiantou Group; Tan Xinghua, Executive Director of Xiantou Ecological Environment Group; Liu Zhiguo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shuifa Group; and Che Xianfa, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shuifa High-tech Group attended the commencement ceremony. Representatives of the project constructor, consultant and other participating units gathered at the site to witness this important moment.

As a "bridgehead" for the national strategy of ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin, the Start-up Area undertakes the mission of a "water-saving demonstration area". The project is located in the Sungen Area of the Start-up Area, covering a total land area of about 97,100 square meters. Like a "green heart", it will purify 40,000 cubic meters of industrial wastewater every day in the future. Through multiple "ecological filters" such as regulating emergency tanks, ozone pre-oxidation, AOAO reaction tanks and V-type filter tanks, turbid water will be transformed into a "second water source for the city", realizing the recycling of water resources.

Xu Chunyi pointed out that all participating units should strictly abide by safety regulations to ensure "zero accidents" in construction; strictly control the quality to ensure that equipment and processes meet high standards; actively introduce intelligent technologies to drive efficiency improvement through scientific and technological innovation; implement environmental protection measures to reduce construction pollution and realize civilized construction; and the Management Committee will strengthen service support, coordinate all parties to solve problems and promote win-win cooperation. Director Xu said that this project is a key support for the green development of the Start-up Area, and he hopes that through the joint efforts of all parties, it will be built into a benchmark project for ecological civilization and inject new impetus into the high-quality development of the city.

Liu Zhiguo pointed out that "water is the foundation of industry". This project is one of the five major projects of Shuifa Group to start construction in the spring, and it is a measure to release the group's comprehensive water resource capabilities and fulfill the mission of a state-owned enterprise. Liu Zhiguo required that Shuifa High-tech should rely on scientific and technological empowerment to build a high-standard demonstration project, strive to exceed industry standards and demonstrate the responsibility of state-owned enterprises; at the same time, strengthen coordination with design, construction, supervision and other parties, accelerate the project construction, and ensure that the project makes significant progress in the first half of the year.

Next, AMS Environmental will focus on the goals of "high-quality project, safe project and clean project", polish every inch of pipeline with the "craftsman spirit" and control every process with "meticulous work" to ensure the project is put into use as scheduled.
