Recently, Shandong AMS Environmental Co., Ltd. has successfully won the bid for the Coking Concentrated Brine Advanced Treatment and Reuse Project of Lingyuan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.
Due to problems such as complex composition and easy fouling of membrane systems, coking concentrated brine has always been a difficulty in the implementation of zero-discharge technology in the industry. To address the "pain point" of zero discharge of coking wastewater in Lingyuan Iron and Steel, AMS Environmental established a task force and customized a full-process solution of "pretreatment + membrane concentration + evaporation crystallization". With its independently developed advanced treatment process package for coking concentrated brine as the core competitiveness, the company has realized the precise treatment of high-salt and high-organic wastewater by integrating pretreatment optimization, membrane concentration system stabilization and evaporation crystallization resource utilization technologies. Among them, the COD adsorption process, as a core highlight of the solution, significantly reduces the pollution risk of the membrane system through targeted adsorption and intelligent control technology, solves the problems of rapid membrane flux attenuation and high operation cost in traditional processes, and ensures the long-term, efficient and stable operation of the system.
The project won by AMS Environmental this time will help coking enterprises break through the bottleneck of environmental protection technology, provide the industry with a promotable integrated "technology + engineering" solution, and further consolidate AMS Environmental's advantageous position in the field of industrial wastewater zero discharge.
